NCC Group plc announces that an application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of a
block listing of 1,255,079 ordinary shares of 1p each.  These shares will be
block listed as follows:


917,044 NCC Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Plan

338,035 NCC Group plc Sharesave Plan


These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue,
will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options
under the NCC Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Plan and the NCC Group
plc Sharesave Plan.
