The Board of NB Global Monthly Income Fund Limited ("NBMI " or the "Company " ) today announces that, with effect from 13 February 2023, its registered office has changed from Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GR to 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HL.
