Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting

("AGM")

The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2011 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.

 The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, 1 St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WAon 19 June 2012 at 10:00 BST.

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office at the above address.
