NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited ("the Company")

Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2014 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, 1^st Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1EW on 4 June 2015 at 13:30 BST.

As a result of the Capital Distribution, announced on 27 April 2015, new ISINs for the Extended Life and Ordinary share classes will be enabled from 12 May 2015. Prior to the 12 May 2015 web proxy voting will not be enabled. You may still cast your AGM vote by proxy card during this time.

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office at the above address.
