The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the appointment of U.S. Bancorp Fund Services (Guernsey), Limited, a company incorporated in and under the laws of Guernsey whose registered office is at 1st Floor, Tudor House, Le Bordage, St Peter Port Guernsey GY1 1DB as Administrator and the appointment of Quintillion Limited, whose registered office is at 24 - 26 City Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland as Sub-Administrator, with effect from 1 March 2015. 

The Administrator delegates, with the consent of the Board, to the Sub-Administrator, services to the Company.

The Administrator is appointed the designated manager of the Company.
