Income Distribution - Extended Life Share Class

The Board of NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce an income distribution for a total of US$ 989,186, by way of a dividend of approximately $0.0086 per Extended Life Share, payable on 31 December 2019 to shareholders on the Extended Life Share Class register as at the close of business on 13 December 2019.

The Board has declared the dividend in accordance with the Company's distribution policy, as set out in the Company's Prospectus for each applicable share class and the Articles of Incorporation, which requires that all income from the Company's share classes be distributed after deducting reasonable expenses, subject to the solvency test prescribed by Guernsey law.

The dividend represents the accumulated, but not previously distributed, excess of income over relevant expenses through to 31 December 2018; shareholders should note that the exact amount and timing of any future income distributions may vary depending on the amounts of income received by the Company less relevant expenses.
