Appointment of Chairman

Following the death of Robin Monro-Davies, the Board of NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited (the "Company") has appointed John Hallam as Chairman, effective immediately. John is currently a Director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee. The Board has begun identifying candidates who could be appointed as a Director and also Chairman of the Audit Committee.

John Hallam said:

"Robin's wisdom, advice and friendship will be greatly missed. We were fortunate to have someone who devoted as much time and energy to the role as Robin did. On behalf of the Board, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Robin's family at this difficult time."
