In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited announces that Mr Talmai Morgan, a Non-Executive Director has informed the Company that he is a Director of DCG IRIS Limited, which was admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and started trading on the London Stock Exchange on 27 June 2012.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Morgan.
