Capital Distribution Update - Replacement

The following amendment has been made to the 'Capital Distribution Update ' announcement released on 29 April 2016 at 07:00 BST.

"the Company has compulsorily redeemed on a pro rata basis 4,080,225 NBDD shares at a price of $1.1009 per NBDD" has been amended to "the Company has compulsorily redeemed on a pro rata basis 4,080,255 NBDD shares at a price of $1.1009 per NBDD".

All other details remain unchanged.

Capital Distribution Update

NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that, in connection with the further capital distribution for the Ordinary Share Class ("NBDD") and the Extended Life Share Class ("NBDX") announced on 15 April 2016, the Company has compulsorily redeemed on a pro rata basis 4,080,255 NBDD shares at a price of $1.1009 per NBDD share and 11,628,001 NBDX shares at a price of $0.9453 per NBDX share for cancellation. Fractions of shares produced by the applicable redemption ratios have not been redeemed and so the number of shares redeemed in respect of each shareholder has been rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares.

Payments of redemption monies are expected to be effected either through CREST (in the case of shares held in uncertificated form) or by cheque (in the case of shares held in certificated form) by 13 May 2016.

Following the redemptions the Company has 38,265,672 NBDD and 236,829,693NBDX shares in issue.

The new ISIN number GG00BZBXBX22 for the NBDD shares and GG00BZBXBY39 for the NBDX shares in respect of the remaining shares which have not been redeemed will be enabled and available for transactions from 29 April 2016.
