The board of directors (the "Board") of NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that following the approval of the Class A Shareholder and the Ordinary Shareholders a new set of articles of incorporation (the "New Articles") has been adopted by the Company. A copy of the New Articles is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company during normal business hours on any weekday (Saturdays and Public Holidays Excepted).
