The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc's US$1,500,000,000 Senior
Floating Rate Notes due December 2007 (the 'Notes') issued under its
$20,000,000,000 Medium-Term Note Program (the 'Program')

The Final Terms contains the final terms of the Notes and must be read in
conjunction with the Offering Memorandum dated 22 September 2005 (the 'Offering
Memorandum') relating to the Program, which constitutes a base prospectus for
the purposes of the Prospectus Directive.
