DIVIDEND ON ADDITIONAL VALUE SHARES


The Directors have declared the specified dividend on the Additional Value
Shares for the period to 1 December 2001 . The dividend will be paid on
3 December 2001 at a rate of 15p per share. The record date for the Additional
Value Shares is 16 November 2001 and the shares will be marked ex-dividend on
14 November 2001.
