Following the announcement on 17 November of the appointment of Claude Lamoureux
as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2006, the
Company now confirms that Claude holds non-executive directorships of two
Canadian companies, Domtar Inc. and Finch Asset Management Inc. There is no
information to be disclosed in accordance with LR 9.6.13 points (2) to (6). At
the date of this notification, Mr Lamoureux holds no shares in the Company.
