Publication of Amended Final Terms

The following amended Final Terms (the Amended Final Terms) are available for viewing in respect of the issue by Nationwide Building Society of HKD200,000,000 2.83 per cent. Notes due April 2026 (the Notes) issued pursuant to its U.S.$25,000,000,000 European Note Programme.

The following correction has been made to the Final Terms in respect of the Notes dated 18 April 2016 (the Original Final Terms):

-          The response to item 12 (d) (Fixed Coupon Amount) in Part A of the Final Terms is amended from "HKD 28,300 per Calculation Amount" to "HKD 28,300 per Calculation Amount, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Day Count Fraction specified in 12(g) below and with the Business Day Convention specified in 12(h) below"

The Amended Final Terms amend and restate the Original Final Terms.
