Notice of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights

 

Strat Aero plc, the AIM listed international aerospace company focused on the rapidly emerging Unmanned Aerial Vehicle ("UAV") sector, announces that a General Meeting ("GM") will be held on 24 November 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Kerman & Co., 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ.

 

A notice convening the GM has been sent to shareholders and will be available to download from the Company's website at www.strat-aero.com.

Furthermore, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that it has 114,301,771 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 114,301,771.

The above figure of 114,301,771 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
