Notice of Annual General Meeting

Strat Aero plc, an international aerospace company focused on the rapidly emerging Unmanned Aerial Vehicle ("UAV") sector, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Hill Dickinson, 8th Floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW on 29 June 2017 at 1:00 p.m.  The Notice of AGM and Forms of Proxy have today been dispatched to shareholders and are also available on the website at www.strat-aero.com.

Furthermore, the Board of Strat Aero would like to advise shareholders that the Company's annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 December 2016 and final results announcement will be published prior to the AGM.
