The Company has been notified that Paul Ryan, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has sold 28,942,970 ordinary shares in the Company. 

Following this transaction, Paul Ryan holds no shares in the Company. He continues to hold 38,801,756 share options at an exercise price of 1.4p per share.
