                           Notice of Interim Results

Evolutec Group plc (AIM: EVC), the biopharmaceutical company developing novel
products for the treatment of allergic, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases,
will announce its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2005 on
Wednesday 28 September 2005.

A briefing for analysts will be held at 10:30am at the offices of Buchanan
