The Company received notification on 12 December 2006 that AXA S.A. is
interested in 1,444,514 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares')
representing 5.57 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. This interest
comprises a beneficial interest of 52,650 Ordinary Shares and a non-beneficial
interest of 1,391,864 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20 per cent and 5.36 per
cent respectively of the Company's issued share capital.
