The Company received notification on 15 November 2005 that, as at 11 November
2005, UBS AG, acting through its business group and legal entities, is
interested in 1,779,115 ordinary shares of 10 pence each representing 7.54 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital ('Ordinary Shares'). This interest
is made up of an aggregated holding of a material interest in 378,952 shares and
a non- material interest in 1,400,163 shares.
