The Company received notification on 14 November 2005 that, as at 9 November
2005, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is interested in 657,322 ordinary shares of 10
pence each representing 2.79 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital
('Ordinary Shares'). This interest comprises a beneficial interest of 654,322
shares held by Goldman Sachs International, and a non-beneficial interest of
3,000 shares held by Goldman Sachs & Co., both are wholly-owned subsidiaries of
Goldman Sachs Group Inc..
