The Company received notification on 14 November 2005 that, as at 10 November
2005, following a decrease in its total holding of shares, AXA S.A. is
interested in 3,196,482 ordinary shares of 10 pence each representing 13.55 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital ('Ordinary Shares'). This interest
comprises a beneficial interest of 9,150 shares and a non-beneficial interest of
3,187,332 shares.
