The Company was today notified pursuant to sections 198 to 203 of the Companies
Act that The Goldmans Sachs Group Inc. had an interest in 448,672 Ordinary
shares as at the close of business on 23 March 2005 representing approximately
4.4% of the Company's issued share capital.

However, the Company was also notified today that they had an interest in
897,344 Ordinary shares as at the close of business on 24 March 2005
representing approximately 8.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
