Director's Dealing

The Company was notified today that Michael Edelman, Chief Executive Officer of Nanoco, purchased 15,700 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 April 2012 at a price of 67.38p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Michael Edelman is interested in a total of 9,288,640 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
