Evolutec Group plc ('Evolutec' or the 'Company')

Dealings by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company was informed that on 25 October 2006, David Bloxham (Non-Executive
Chairman), Mark Carnegie Brown (Chief Executive Officer) and Nicholas Badman
(Chief Financial Officer) acquired ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company 
('Ordinary Shares').

Mr Bloxham acquired 5,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing
approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, at a price
of 129p per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Bloxham holds 133,608
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.51 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital following the placing announced on 25 October 2006 (the 'Issued Share
Capital').

Mr Carnegie Brown acquired 7,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately
0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of 129p per
Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Carnegie Brown holds 76,949
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.30 per cent. of the Issued Share Capital.

Mr Badman acquired 7,692 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of 129p per Ordinary
Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Badman holds 76,621 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.30 per cent. of the Issued Share Capital.
