                           Appointment of Director

nanoUniverse announces the appointment of Cleanthes Papadopoulos as a non
executive director as the replacement for Theodoros Fessas who retires with
immediate effect as the representative director of Info-Quest S.A., a company
listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, capitalised at approximately EURO 280
million and which controls Ergodata SA which holds 2.25 million shares in
nanoUniverse.
