Issue of Equity from Exercise of Share Options

 

NAHL (AIM: NAH), the leading UK consumer marketing business focused on the UK legal services market, today announces the issue and allotment of 34,875 new ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in the Group ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of certain share options.

 

Application has been made for the 34,875 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 24 January 2018 ("Admission"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Group.

 

Following the exercise of options and Admission, the issued share capital of the Group will consist of 46,095,965 Ordinary Shares, none of which are in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the issued share capital of the Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
