Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

 

 

NAHL, the leading UK consumer marketing business focused on the Personal Injury market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gillian Kent as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

 

Ms Kent joins following an executive career of over 20 years in the digital and online sectors, including senior roles at Microsoft, where she was Managing Director of MSN UK, which created one of the UK's largest online services businesses. Both at Microsoft and in a range of other businesses, including media, fashion, and as CEO of Propertyfinder.com, she established her expertise in building markets and brands for online consumer products and web-based applications. She is currently an independent non-executive director at Pendragon plc and a director of Skadoosh Limited.

 

Ms Kent will serve on the Company's Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. It is the intention that Ms Kent will chair the Remuneration Committee with effect from the 2015 Annual General Meeting.

In addition, Gillian was previously an independent non-executive director at Coull Limited, an early stage video advertising business, which was placed into administration in 2008 and was subsequently sold out of administration.
