Millfield Group plc (the "Company")


Increase in Directors Shareholding.


As part of the Placing approved at yesterday's Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Company, Paul Tebbutt and Harry Roome, Directors of the Company, have
purchased 83,333 and 17,000 New Ordinary Shares at 60pence per share
respectively. Together with their existing interests in the share capital of the
Company, Paul Tebbutt and Harry Roome now hold interests of 1.442% and 0.031%
respectively in the issued share capital of the Company.
