Changes to the Board of Millfield Group Plc

In accordance with the AIM Admission Document dated 6th August 2004 and
following the announcement on 1 October 2004 that the Merger Offer for
Inter-Alliance Group PLC ("Inter-Alliance") has been declared unconditional in
all respects, Millfield today announces that with immediate effect Messrs Keith
Carby, Michael Burne and Tom Morton, all directors of Inter-Alliance, have been
appointed to the Board of Millfield Group Plc. Additionally, Messrs Bryan
Beeston, Roger Brosch and Darrell Smith have stepped down as Directors of
Millfield, also with immediate effect.
