MURRAY INTERNATIONAL TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK
On 10 August 2001 Murray International Trust PLC purchased for cancellation
75,000 of its own ordinary shares at 421p per share.
Following the transaction the company's issued ordinary share capital is
89,287,877 ordinary shares of 25p each.
