Issue of Equity

The Company announces that, on 14 July 2011, 337,500 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 949.0280 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 106,745,826 and the number of B Ordinary shares in issue is 851,743 with each Ordinary and B Ordinary share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 107,597,569 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
