The Company announces that, on 16 September 2009, a further 35,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 732.5 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 93,709,624 Ordinary shares (and 1,077,276 B Ordinary shares).
