The Company announces that, on 1 May 2009, 25,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 615 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 91,463,992 Ordinary shares (and 1,120,588 B Ordinary shares).
