The Company announces that, on 13 August 2009, 30,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 683.0 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 93,364,624 Ordinary shares (and 1,066,236 B Ordinary shares).
