The Company announces that on 23 December 2008, a further 296,363 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 600 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility. 

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 89,788,992 Ordinary shares (and 1,111,928 B Ordinary shares).
