The Company announces that on 22 December 2008, a further 71,587 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 608 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility. 

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 89,492,629 Ordinary shares (and 1,111,928 B Ordinary shares).
