The Company announces that on 20 October 2008, a further 150,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 531.0 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility. 

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 88,971,042 Ordinary shares (and 1,104,264 B Ordinary shares).
