The Company announces that on 9 March 2009, 75,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for cash at a price of 524 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility.

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 90,713,992 Ordinary shares (and 1,120,588 B Ordinary shares).
