Issue of Equity


The Company announces the following allotments:


-   on 1 May 2008, 35,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for 
    cash at a price of 722 pence per share under its Ordinary share block 
    listing facility.

-   on 7 May 2008, 75,000 new Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were issued for 
    cash at a price of 751 pence per share under its Ordinary share block 
    listing facility.

-

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 86,798,272 Ordinary shares (and
1,097,074 B Ordinary shares).
