Issue of B Ordinary shares

The Company announces the allotment on 13 November 2009 of 10,116 new B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility. The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 1,087,392 B Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the second interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 0.93900 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held.
