1.    Annual Report to 31 December 2015; and

2.    Circular to Shareholders incorporating (i) the Notice of Annual General Meeting including recommended proposals for the conversion of the Company's existing B Shares to Ordinary Shares and the amendment of the Company's articles of association; (ii) Notice of Meeting of Ordinary Shareholders; and (iii) Notice of Meeting of B Shareholders.
