April 2006), all the resolutions were passed.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Murray International Trust PLC held
today, the special resolution was passed.



Separate Class Meeting of Ordinary Shareholders

The Separate Class Meeting of Ordinary Shareholders of Murray International
Trust PLC held today, was not quorate and accordingly the meeting was adjourned
until Thursday 4 May 2006.



Separate Class Meeting of B Ordinary Shareholders

At the Separate Class Meeting of B Ordinary Shareholders of Murray International
Trust PLC held today, the extraordinary resolution was passed.



The resolutions passed at the EGM and the Separate Class Meeting of the B
Ordinary Shareholders to amend the Articles of Association will not become
effective until the adjourned Separate Class Meeting of the Ordinary
Shareholders takes place.
