Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 39,600 B Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to
be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that permission to admit the new shares will be granted on 8 June
2005 and that admission and trading will commence on 9 June 2005.

These shares have been issued as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary
shares of 25p on a basis of 3.55886 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary
shares held.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
