Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 52,548 B Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to
be admitted to the Official List.


It is expected that permission to admit the new shares will be granted on 19 May
2003 and that admission and trading will commence 28 May 2003.


These shares are being issued as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary
shares of 25p on a basis of 4.62299 for every 100 held.


When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
