Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Plc and the UK Listing
Authority for a total of 31,128 B Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List. It is expected that permission to admit the new
shares will be granted on 19 June 2001 and that dealings will commence 20 June
2001.

These shares are being issued as a result of capitalisation of B ordinary
shares of 25p each on a basis of 2.45113 for every 100 held.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
