DIRECTORATE

As noted in the Chairman's Statement, Patrick Gifford retired as Chairman and as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting and was succeeded by Neil Honebon as Chairman. David Woods was appointed Senior Independent Director in succession to Mr Honebon.

PASSING OF RESOLUTIONS UNDER SPECIAL BUSINESS

The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of the Meeting set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2014, copies of which are available on the Company's website, www.murray-income.co.uk*.

Copies of the resolutions passed under special business (resolutions 12 to 14 inclusive) have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *.
