The Company announces that, on 16 March 2009, 50,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were soldat a premium from its Treasury account for cash at a price of 408.25pence per share.
Following the above sale, the Company holds a total of 1,727,000 Ordinary shares in treasury.
The total number of Ordinary shares in issue excluding treasury shares is 64,689,458.
