P A F Gifford (54) was today appointed as a non-executive director of Murray
Income Trust PLC. He was previously a director of Robert Fleming Holdings Ltd
and Chairman of Fleming Investment Trust Management. He is chairman of JF
Fledgeling Japan Ltd, and a director of Scottish Life Assurance Company. He is
also a director of a number of other investment companies.
