The  Company notes the rise in its share price this  morning
following  speculation in the weekend press over a potential
offer for the Company.  The Company would like to state that
it  is  not in talks with either management or other parties
concerning  an  offer  for,  the  sale  of,  or  a  possible
management buy out of the Company.
